It's a difficult situation huh? Now i think about it a 3 days-fes might not be feasible cuz one group will have to take the L and perform on a non-break day which mean less audience. This situation can be resolve somewhat with a non JP branch day which will have more tourists and while local can go on their work day. However, this defeat the whole point of the Fes and tons of talents wishes to perform with different branch.
They can also lengthen the concert time but desu it'll literally kill the audience, i myself despite my excitement almost pass out after that 3h concert.
