Sorta. Kiara's problem is that outside of official events (think sports festival) or designated streams for getting to know JPs (holotalk) she's struggled getting thoughts across between others. The worst offense was during the server merge where Miko literally got online at like 6AM her time just to spend time with the ENs there, and Ina and Kiara both like completely shut down and either were too shy to get thoughts across (Ina) or ignored any effort to verbalize things (Kiara). It basically left Miko to just use something like deepl to try and talk in English and act like an outsider.

Another example is the Umisea MC collab which is absolutely great and you could see everyone trying their best, but again, Ina's not that type to translate between people and relied a lot on Marine understanding what Gura was saying too. It was definitely better than other interactions at least though.
