The singers that hyped up the JP audience the most all of night 2 and arguably all weekend were Ayame and Kiara. Both of whom hyped up a Japanese audience enough to violate the rules in place because of the Chink Coof.

Probably that's because they are in Indonesia. Not a place where great talent would be recognized, so a lot of it goes unnoticed. Every JP said that Moona was not just an idol, she performed like a legitimate pop star (they used the word "artist", but that's what they meant). Yagoo is damn good at scouting talent, and with her and Risu, he dug up world-class singers/performers in a place where nobody ever looks for them.

Moona & Iofi are pretty well off and have the resources so they can hire vocal coach & other support system. they have a lot of room to grow.

while many praise her voice, I'll come out and say her voice is her asset & potential but not quite there on the technique yet.

ID1 might be the last gen where cover carefully checking each application rather than skimming through them, probably because there are so little people who applies and it's the first gen of a new branch. Since they can't use prior experience as a judging method, singing becomes their focus, this is why ID2 has less singer. Many strong singer in hololive also happen to be in early gen e.g sora, suisei, yogiri, gura.

Flips and indogs are using pure vowels in their speaking voices which means they could easily learn how to project more "power" into their belting quality ala classical singing.
