I think it's impossible. People are at serious risk of dying if 0.5% of their blood content is alcohol.
So if the average human has 5 litres of blood, at most they can have 250ml of pure alcohol in their blood, so if only 5% can be excreted through pee that would be 12.5ml or less than what's in a can of light beer, and probably very diluted in a lot of pee. So if you were to drink it the concentration would be too low to get you drunk, I don't know for sure but probably less than what you'd find in fruit juice or kombucha.
