Ame is the 'in universe' leader in the Myth lore, and also the actual leader. She has done the most to make Holo En successful with her pushing collabs and working with artists to create Alt-versions (smol/school) and animations.

Kiara is a close second, while she hasn't done anything ground breaking technically she also pushes collabs and has acted as a brand ambassador for Myth. She is the only one of the group who is an actual Idol and has been prepping the others.

Honestly both of them are inspiring in their own ways and I am really happy that they are doing well.
