Grand Blue fantasy doesn't make the headlines very often because they can't compete with the likes of FGO and horsepussy, but they've been pretty much in the top ten best performing mobile games since the day they launched. On top of which they are supported by bushiroad, which is a big multi media conglomerate second to pretty much only Konami in Japan so yeah they have alot of money to throw around
