It's a fine idea however there are several issues. There's a danger in just producing cookie cutter talents to fill rosters to be used by better and more experienced talent after getting hired. It's not an independent academy so no matter how much they say that graduates can go and do whatever they want, in reality it's the same as any satellite school where the main entity gets whatever they want unless the talent is exceptionally driven elsewhere. By making rookie talent learn on the job by doing streaming can lead to avoidable yabs as they fuck up instead of behind the scenes training. really the problem is that it's a practice/teaching stream. and kiara is considerably determined to teach them seriously and teach them slowly.
watching anyone seriously practice something isn't very interesting. you can only watch them repeat the same segment of a dance over and over again for so long, especially with the violent level of desync making it hard to watch anyone but kiara.
the only part that's entertaining for the viewer is the parts where they just fuck around, but kiara is a determined teacher, so they mainly practice. they should save the serious practice for off-stream, and only use practice as a pretense on-stream.
