Vshojo "management" is pretty much nonexistant and the talents are doing their own thing, collecting revenue for themselves, and only giving "Vshojo" money if the company helped with creating merch or in setting up their base model or something.

Now that VCs are in charge of the reins, the skeleton crew of "Vshojo management" will start getting pressure from VCs to show profits (where before they had none, because they didn't spend much on their chuubas and only took merch cut, but in return didn't have to do much "management").
