Like the other 3 anons already said, youtube is shit for new vtubers.
Try and find a live 2 view on twich, it's as simple as clicking on the vtuber tag, or just finding one randomly on a game category.
Now try to find a live 2 view on youtube, your best bet is looking through that search filter, A feature a shit-ton of people don't even know about that isn't even on the phone version. And even after using that, it's pretty shit the results you get.
I don't even think youtube recommends 2 views, so on youtube you have to go out of your fucking way just to look for them.
There's a lot of EN vtubers on youtube they all just have shit views.
