Yuni Luna is from the first wave vtuber boom back in 2020. She was running in the same kind of communities as Leaflit, Nemu, And Haruka right before Vshojo broke out. They do tend to charge high profiles more, due to them wanting more toggles, animations, and generally demanding more on shorter timelines. Though it's more likely they're undercharging high profile clients as the artist due to the free advertising they get from having done a model for a well known streamer.

But these things cost a lot of money because it takes a skilled artist 3-4 weeks working full time to produce a high quality model. It's an oddly labour intensive process. So charging 5-6k for art+rigging and doing revisions is about 30-40 money units per hour. Which is fair for skilled work in my opinion, especially if you're working on a commission basis which unstable at best and you have to pay the employer part of tax as well.
