I'd say Nijisanji EN has a much better work culture that discourages lazy leeches like Sana. Their streamers actually stream 4-6 times a week so you can more easily decide who you like and who you don't based purely on their content rather than their work ethic. Some like Reimu often stream 8 times a week with multiple double streams due to collabs. If someone like Kronii were there she'd probably be motivated to work much harder to not stand out as the leech of the branch, and elevate her content as a result. Even Rosemi who worked a high-stress full time job until today and had the lowest stream hours of the branch as a result still had more hours per week streamed than all of HoloEN except Kiara/Bae/Mori. Now that's not to say streaming more = better content but Hololive would do well to take this criticism and learn from it rather than blindly seething at Nijisanji. I wish Hololive streamed that much, if Gura actually did 5 streams a week there'd be a lot more quality content for her fans and she'd have a healthier lifestyle due to not falling into depression in the middle of the week all the time.
