To give you the tl;dr: bad people were pretending to be vshojo, contacted and doxxed a fuckton of indie vtubers. Vshojo knew about this and let it continue "to get enough info to catch the guys", but in truth they didn't want to look bad for letting that shit keep going in the first place. until those guys targeted Nux. He then got onto tracking one of the doxxers and made a video that vshojo initially greenlighted into releasing; when he did, suddenly vshojo always told him to not release it and the whores made it all about THEIR safety and their trust on Nux being broken. Nux got cancelled, the girls "apologized" and they haven't talked to each other ever since.
Worst of all is that their tactics worked and people forgot the beef of the issue is that vshitshow allowed doxxers to do as they pleased for months, put indies in danger but they HAD to make it about themselves.

All they had to do was to give a PSA on Twatter and tell people that bad actors were pretending to be them in a phishing scam and to be careful. It didn't cost them anything to fucking tweet that. Even the fucking Hololive_Music twitter account did that because there are scammers are pretending to be them but no, somehow in vshitshow's heads they thought announcing doxxers were pretending to be them somehow made them look bad, instead let it happen for months, putting others in danger while we play Detective Conan trying to catch these guys.
As for when vshit collapses, the money glue is strong but I feel it'll die when one of them gets tired of another's two-facedness and just spills the beans and goes solo.
