Hacking and privacy violations, not tax evasion. So if he goes home he will be facing criminal charges and civil suits. Pig man managed to blame him for the 2ch hack after stealing the domain. He won his civil suit against Jim over the domain but good luck getting it enforced and that other shit is still hanging over his head.
