It is the voice acting that is more important. While you may argue that Hololives are good at voice acting, they are not focused specifically on it like industry professionals. Rather, their main goal is to entertain. Furthermore, they use the same character, so they do not have a chance to practice vastly different personas as would be required of an actual voice actor.
