I would feel hostage to come by for every stream after that one lest they give up their dream to be a streamer. I've crushed a 2views hopes once and have been against talking to them ever since.

If she wanted to filter out part of her audience then she should only do unscheduled streams. I hate when they do that, I have things to do, I can't just drop what I'm doing to watch a stream with only 5 minute's notice.

This is why I like Moona's membership free talks.

She's not 2view obviously, but she doesn't have a whole lot of people subbed to her membership. When she does freetalks she'll have high participation with the chat. I've literally had full convos with her. It's really cool and fun.

she wants to ensure a certain level of entertainment quality for her main channel streams so streaming as a 2view lets her be more relaxed and not have to prepare bits or anything

You're too noticeable in a 2view chat, completely unnoticeable in a 1000s view chat.

The actual best experience is inbetween. Chat moves at a leisurely pace that both you and the streamer can follow, you aren't expected to be the only one they're reading messages from, but you also aren't pissing in a sea of emotes.
