She has a "girl next door" quality about herself basically. Cute voice, but also rages. Doesn't have any super strong personality "gimmicks" like her co-workers.

No she doesn't specifically pander to lonely virgins or provide "GFE". The simping just kinda happened. To be fair, most fanbases act the same about their chuuba, but Ame is by far the most popular on /vt/, especially before the newfag invasions.
