Honestly though I feel like everyone was joking it's just that instead of just putting her foot down and saying "Yeah jokes aside all you need to do is watch me. I sort of agree with this. I mean she doesn't interact with guys on stream because she knows that kills GFE but she's a known bisexual interacting with women she finds attractive and she sometimes yuribaits but she knows that most guys don't consider yuri cucking so she's at the bare minimum sort of aware. On the other hand when it comes with interacting with chat she doesn't understand that the easiest way to get guys who want your attention to stop doing something is to stop paying attention to them and focus on someone or something else to divert the conversation. Even if the latter is exaggerated and ignoring the email sent by the fake fan even joking about being attracted to chads could potentially make insecure people (whom are often attracted to GFE) feel bad. I think you've hit the nail on the head here. She has a sort of child like innocence about her. Kind of like how a kid might say "I want everybody to be happy :)" but she gets too emotional and struggles to see the difference between jokes and reality. She also has to learn that she can't "save" everyone. At the end of the day a lot of people are on the road to self-destruction and the best she can do is learn to not worry too much about those chatters.

That does sort of explain it. Trouble is she probably hasn't had much interaction with anyone and as such her people skills probably aren't as good as they could be. Because she doesn't go out into the real world and didn't go to secondary school she wasn't semi-forced to interact with people she normally wouldn't. She doesn't know what to do in these sort of situations which is why I believe she seems to be so emotionally immature/innocent in a way.
