I've been saying for a while that NijiEN treating youtube like twitch and streaming constantly is actually hurting their growth. The youtube algorithm doesn't like long streams and streaming constantly doesn't give anything on your channel any room to breathe so it can get caught by the algorithm. It seems that the HoloEN management understands this and might limit the streams to 3-4 hours which is the sweet spot that the algorithm likes for streams. You rarely see HoloEN streams go much longer than that aside from Kiara and Sana who, coincidently, have some of the worst growth in the branch.

Faggots in here like the meme about HoloENs streaming hours but a schedule like Gura's is perfect for discoverability. Most of her streams fall in the sweet spot I mentioned above and she takes days off every week to let her channel breathe so the algorithm can hook it. Now somebody like Sana and Kronii take it to the extreme end in the opposite direction of NijiEN, which also isn't good, but ya get what I mean.
