Based purely on how many people I see in chats and Discord servers that I recognize, there is a reasonably overlap in proportion with audience sizes. There's a couple of more isolated things like the Kami girl's audience doesn't seem to overlap with most vsingers that hard, and then you have some people in the Holo/Niji bubble and are contrarian about crossing that line, but amongst EOPs at least, it seems to be largely a similar audience.

There were some discussions, yeah, but never too deep and/or in one post. I'm not educated enough on that topic so I'll not talk about vocal techniques, just voicing some popular opinions and a few of my own. I'll be "kind" enough and mention almost everyone who deserves at least a listen so don't expect something particularly amazing from all of them. For main branch (no specific order): I wouldn't call Mito a great singer but her original songs are awesome. Deron and Kazaki are pretty alright, both had albums and several solo lives. Sister Claire was an utaite and has a couple of good songs, check out her Denonbu stuff too. Ryushen is good and has more than 100 covers, though they are kinda hit or miss for me. Chima is simply amazing, mentioned almost every thread. Toko is good and many people like her singing. Levi can sing really well, huge gap from her voice. Might check Uiha for amazing dancing skills if you like something like that. Hakase is quite popular for her singing. Sukoya Kana is really good, even though she is rarely mentioned here, coming back from her hiatus in March too. Eli can play flute professionally. Melissa was really popular for her songs back in a day, her live singing is not that good for a variety of reasons though. Akane is great and does a lot of covers. Sango is underrated but admittedly she has only two songs. Chigusa and Kohaku are okay. Amamya is good but you'll never hear her real voice on that channel sadly. Hayase Sou is nice. Not that familiar with males' singing besides some concerts so I can miss a few, but check out Mashiro, Rikiichi, Fuwa, Yumeoi, Akina, Kagami, Genzuki, Kaida, maybe Shellin and Chaika. Kenmochi rap series is quite fun too. Too lazy to do other branches, sorry. VirtuaReal in particular has some interesting singers which are not mentioned anywhere.

For the guys, Genzuki and Yumeoi write a lot of originals, though Genzuki knows more music production and has worked on lots of shit for himself and the company. Nagao's strength is ballads. Kenmochi has funny rap but with good lyricism. Kagami does screamo/metal, Ike from EN does as well but you have to go to his PL to see it (he also does his own original metal music). Joe has a powerful voice. Akina and Fuwa are pop oriented. Kaida plays acoustic guitar, so does Fuwa but amateurly. Mashiro has a unique/high voice for a guy.

There's like 103 livers in the JP branch alone, so I'll only list my own thoughts on JP livers that are known for singing/signed to major labels/livers whose singing I personally like:
Tsukino Mito - Has a sound similar to a Showa-era pop singer, soft vocals and alluring voice, but nothing much to write home about her singing techniques since she's pretty much a beginner and only started improving around 2 years ago. However, she does know her own voice very well and picks songs that perfectly fits to her voice. Signed with Sony under Sacra Music; her 1st album has a lot unique tracks worth checking out.
Higuchi Kaede - Has strong vocals, sings rock/power ballad songs, and has a distinct voice. Pretty solid singing but if her singing is not your style then she doesn't really stand out among the other singing livers. Signed with Lantis (Bandai Namco Arts), her singles are pretty good if you love rock.
Raindrops - 6 person singing unit (Joe Rikiichi, Ryuushen, Suzuki Masaru, Saegusa Akina, Elu, Warabeda Meiji) signed with Virgin Music (Universal Music Group). Has an interesting sound because all the 6 of them sound different, but their voices can harmonize well. Great vocals since Ryuushen, Akina and Rikiichi are good singers with good technique, combined with Elu, Meiji and Masaru that are also great and can complement their voices nicely. Their songs vary from pop to rock and ballad.
Trinity - 3 person singing unit (Furen E. Lustario, Hakase Fuyuki, Takamiya Rion) signed with NBC Universal. Leans more on techno/electronic music. All the three of them are decent on singing, but none of them stand out too much, which makes their synergy good. The first track on their first album is pretty catchy.
Morinaka Kazaki - A solid singer, neat techniques and good voice. Unfortunately I don't really have anything else to write about her because she doesn't stand out that much to me. She has some good covers and original songs, though. Signed with NBC Universal, just like Trinity. Kazaki's album is quite nice.
Aiba Uiha - THE idol of Nijisanji. If you love cute vocals, you'll love Uiharo. Can sing while dancing without dying because she's very, very fit. I think she has good singing technique but you know how idols go, they often sound generic because of their style.
Machina Chima - Capable of operatic singing. Very good technique but sometimes the nervousness gets to her when singing on stage. Nevertheless still a good singer with a feathery light tone, has a soft sound that would definitely catch your attention if you're into that. Loves shitposting in karaokes because what else would you do if God gave you singing talent.
Levi Elipha - VERY strong vocals, but you will never know unless she actually sings because she speaks like a baby all the time on normal streams. Has a style similar to a 90s' mecha OP singer, and I think her techniques are nice.

Melissa Kinrenka - Has a voice that feels audible crack because of her sweet voice combined with her style. Great techniques but immediately blows over when she's nervous. Capable of doing growls and breathy-sounding singing, like what Ado does for example. Check her covers out and you'll know why they have high views.
Hayase Sou - Fun singer, decent technique and great voice but her throat is dying most of the time in karaokes so she mostly shines out in CD recorded tracks. Like Levi, she has that feel of a mecha OP singer (and both of them love singing mecha songs, too).
Asahina Akane - Good voice, decent technique. She's a good singer but honestly she doesn't stand out too much for me. Though, she has a lot of covers and they're pretty neat, and her original song is good.
Dola - Distinct sound, breathy singing. Very good. Dola is good.
Ryuushen - Distinct sound because of Ryuushen's androgynous trait. Very solid singer and has solid techniques that shines in karaokes and concerts.
Joe Rikiichi - Good vocals with good techniques. Despite his appearance, his singing is not a joke, it can be stupefiyingly good. But since he is a clown, he rarely ever does karaoke streams and when he does its usually with a gimmick, like playing kazoo (he once played marunouchi sadistic on kazoo), or doing a giga based Susumu Hirasawa songs only karaoke.
Saegusa Akina - Good technique. Has a nice voice to accompany it too. Sometimes he can sound off-pitch or off-tune but that doesn't happen frequently and he's good most of the time.
Yumeoi Kakeru - Very solid singer with solid techniques. Sounds and sings exactly like a rock band vocalist.
Chronoir - Kanae and Kuzuha. If you like pop songs sung by boys then this gay unit is for you. Kuzuha himself can sing nicely and everyone knows him because of his iconic KING cover. Kanae started off mediocre but apparently he's taking singing lessons recently
Hanabatake Chaika - Good singer but his entire existence is a meme as he is more of an entertainer than anything so you can only hear him sing in CDs, concerts or special events. His duet with Rikiichi, Subliminal Synchronicity, is so fucking great that I just had to type it out.
Kagami Hayato - Capable of metal singing with his screamo style. An absolute hypeman in concerts. Needless to say, he has great vocals and technique.
Fuwa Minato - Decent singer, somewhat lacking on a punch but his techniques are fine.

There's still a shitton of other good livers but I don't have much time to write, what the other anons said are also correct.
