What made this whole thing even more tragic was how Rushia was willing to engage in these actions that could harm her friends/colleagues. I did my archive rep and I know the person behind Rushia had a history of bullied claim and blaming her colleagues, but she only spent a few months as Chino before quitting.
As Rushia she spent nearly 3 years working together with her genmates, and it saddens me that during those 3 years she couldn't find anyone to have a frank conversation about her situation, but instead relying on a known dramafag. They aren't just regular 9 to 5 coworkers but people who she practiced together, came up with skit, voice acting, dancing, and basically just putting in a ton of effort to get to this point, all for it to go down the drain like this.
I remembered when she was so excited about leaving her hometown and moving to Tokyo where she can be closer with her friends and the studio.
