If she copies various islands for her own, there is no difference in simply showing it off through a tour. It is far less believable that she wouldn't want to stream the game because she copies builds, rather than that she wouldn't want to stream the game because she'd have to buy a completely new console or otherwise risk her security.

It is a fact that Kronii has large, general issue when it comes to clear communication. This is nothing new, we've seen it since the very beginning when she danced around the Minecraft arc for weeks instead of giving clear, definitive answers, until people got tired of essentially being blown off time and time again. In general, she discusses and addresses most things in very vague and unclear ways.

The most reasonable answer for her inconsistency here is OpSec, her island villager uses her actual name or something else that would give a lead to her roommate. Since she had the game before joining hololive. And she has openly practices OpSec in the past like she she ended her brain academy stream early and purged the section that showed she had a Canadian flag. And later during Mario Kart she had a Japanese flag.

People aren't upset over her practicing OpSec, people are upset she's not being upfront with it. Like she could have just said 'it's my personal island and I can't start a new one because you can't have multiple saves, blame Nintendo' Instead she goes on about how she doesn't show it because she copied stuff and how sampling is a big yabi like you're stealing content from an artist.

And as was said before, Kronii prefers to just dance around subjects until they blow up in her face like the minecraft arc. I don't expect the same thing to happen with Animinal Crossing because there isn't a server where we could see Kronii logging into all the time.
