Fair, but that's not the whole picture, for example I tried, but the only three-four vtubers in my country are either mute vtubers, that don't interestes me, or have below amateur-level models, that is understandable, but can't really compete with the heavy hitters
This is both a problem and the proof (for me at least) that there's the potential for an untapped market considering these vtubers are still afloat
The only real limits is that vtubers in europe are still not popularized/advertized enough, and that could be resolved with the help of a company, I understand it's risky but it's the case for this whole market in itself

With all the dead hours and overlaps, they are long overdue for more EU. Kiara is her own worst enemy and keeps rejecting the idea of having more EUs despite her obvious loneliness.

Even hiring 5 NA based talents next time wouldn't be a problem. If you treat streaming as a 9-5 workday, you can tap into the EU audience easily (not to mention there's a significant amount of people in NA as well who themselves don't work a 9-5, but do afternoon shifts and such) and I imagine one or two of them are willing to do that instead of overlapping with their senpais which would help dead hours greatly.
Cover's error with IRyS and Council was that half of the group was JP/AUS based and during their first month due to the collab ban they made schedules that allowed them to collab easily with each other, that timeframe being NA primetime/eastern midday. Now this schedule stuck for them and for most existing members it was easier to adopt to them instead of the other was around. Before that, the NA residents streamed earlier in the day while Mori streamed more during JP primetime. The only exception being Kiara, of course, who now exists in a limbo by herself between JP primetime and the EN block.
If Cover wants to fix dead hours, they should avoid hiring people living in the eastern area because the same scenario will play out again.

None have english as a first language, which naturally filters the audience down to those who do speak decent English, which is maybe a tenth of the total population.
