If we're gonna be precise about the meaning of words, then Kronii is lazier. She has LITERALLY admitted the reason she doesn't stream much is because streaming (having to entertain chat) ruins the fun she would otherwise have playing games.

I don't think she hates hololive or her fans or takes her job for granted (well, maybe a little), streaming is just not something that comes naturally to her and because of these minor inconveniences she decides to not stream. In other words she is just lazy and goes "boohoo working is so much work!"

Sana is an entirely different beast (as in abomination). She's not lazy, she's just completely given up on her Hololive job. Doesn't give a SHIT. Not about the company, not about her fans, not about delivering content.
