Nothing is too big to fail, while multiple platforms could divide the fanbase, it's always a good idea to have presence elsewhere in case something happens. If for some reason anyone gets demonetised pr banne they could use other platforms, having already established a presence in some capacity would make the audience more accepting towards the back up option. Plus content that integrates better with twitch like movie watchalong and the like. There's also the possibility of new audiences and twitch is the biggest streaming platform. While the audience is what it is most holofans integrate and accept holo rules fairly well from what I can tell. Shion often gets supacha saying someone started learning Japanese to enjoy her content. Unless something drastically happens youtube is always going to be their main content output and their main channels but it doesn't hurt to do other in some capacity. They did bilibili in the past and it didn't take away from their youtube channels, and they currently do twitch, twitcast, twitter space, nnd and even tiktok. Pretty much nissin's fault. Some holo concerts on spwn, the ones under cooperation with bandai regionblocked china, taiwan and hk region from watching. They regionblocked you from buying the ticket first, nissin should have done the same. It is easily solvable with vpn, you also just need vpn to get into the stream once and you can disconnect and watch the concert normally.

It's probably going to evolve into more. Her whole reason for starting the fanbox was to have people to talk to, then antis invaded so she basically ghosted it. Now nearly a year later when she's depreshion again, she gets a lot of positive replies on her main twitter, then makes a few fanbox posts out of the blue, gets more positive replies on her personal twitter, then decides to open a fanbox twitter account....

Yes, she said it's for dumb stuff, but it allows her to meet her original goal while keeping the replies positive and from fans. She's already gone a little deeper than usual with the tweets from when she couldn't sleep. It's inevitable that she'll end up using it some time when she's really feeling down, and the positive response from the fans will make her more inclined to use it again the next time it happens.
