The reason why I think the stream ended abruptly, as opposed to her pressing the stop button on her phone is because the last HLS segment is played back again while twitcasting tries to reconnect to the streamer, this is the default behavior. You can go try it right now, stream on twitcasting and turn off your wifi, the last 10 seconds will be replayed while it tries to reconnect.
