Nijisanjis attempts to do the same feel like a fuckin meme at best, and the only vShojo trying to do so is a hypocrite. There are no true alternatives to Hololive yet

Most EOP friendly Vtuber company is Holo: has a dedicated EN branch and a dedicated translation community

Niji is kinda hard to get into (until NijiEN) because their "EN branches" have filtering accents, bar Hana Macchia.

Also, most Niji translators have moved on to TLing Holo or TLing both Holo and Niji.

Most Western Vtubers are also pretty bad unless you're okay to wade through piles of shit to find gold.

So basically: Holo is safe, easy to get into, already has a decently active pre-existing community.
