I don’t think she’d fit at all, Niji humour is a lot closer in line with Vshojo’s and Shadow is very “pure” and idollike, much closer to Holo. She also spergs about and clearly loves Hololive a great deal. I don’t believe she’s ever expressed much interest in Nijisanji. Considering how dedicated she is to her character and fanbase (10k on art.. seriously? and her dream artist/rigger combo) I doubt she would drop all of that for a double in viewers at maximum and maybe 20% more income a month. She doesn’t seem very numbers or financially driven. I actually don’t know what DOES motivate her, but it’s something given how much quality content she puts out.

I still think it’s because of her model and current incredibly driven fanbase. Shadow isn’t motivated by money or fame, she’s motivated by working hard and doing something she loves. She designed her model herself and has invested a lot of time, money and love into everything she’s done as Shadow. If she truly isn’t motivated by money and fame and Hololive are offering her an inferior model or WORSE a non-loli model I don’t see why she would go for it.
