The rationale behind Monday was because it would be like an exchange of gifts on that day. Since she chose to do her Valentine's Day stream on Sunday the date was also moved to Sunday to preserve that intent.

To add more how I feel about it, doing it the way you did robbed us of at least half of her reaction. Even if she doesn't peek, she already has the gift, so there is no more surprise factor. I thought the whole point of organizing it all in to one place was to surprise her and to get her raw reaction on stream. If she reacts to it off stream there isn't really any point to it. You might as well have sent her valentines wises on twitter or in marshmallows at that point, since it's functionally the same.
Also sending it to her at the end of the stream is like giving her a gift and then running away before you can see how she reacts.
I think at least part of it can be salvaged if she decides to save looking at it for the next stream.
