Made me reply, Nijisanji EN collaborates with foreign branches several times and there is a Nijisanji world discord where the members chat regularly and play games offline. Chigusa, Amamiya, Oliver, Genzuki, Gwelu, Hada, Mika, and countless others talk with EN members in there. They even have their own private offline server where they play with Rin, Mayuzumi, and others.
Finana even got invited to an FFXIV watchalong with JP members without knowing a lick of Japanese.

As much as I prefer Hololive to Nijisanji, I do find it odd that NijiEN has made a point of hiring multiple people who actually live nearby while HoloEN has not hired even a single one. It really makes you wonder if Hololive doesn't want its EN branch to interact in a meaningful way at all while Nijisanji is very open to that and has ambitions about all EN being able to interact with each other, bringing the world together in harmony.
