In general it's an okay-ish video but it's a bit misleading in the sense that it doesn't give the actual content of the message sufficient attention.
Had she gotten a message along the lines of "Yeah, nice weather today, right?", or "My management asked you to contact you regarding the song we were supposed to do..." - then she'd probably still be in moderate trouble, but the fallout wouldn't be nearly as intense; not to mention there would be much more plausible deniability. What actually caused the real drama was the sense of intimacy the message conveyed in addition to implying that they might be living together (which was backed by other evidence).
Also, I think he lets the talent off the hook too easily, putting all the blame on the company, when factually not every vtuber affiliated with Hololive acts in the same manner.
