Haachama doesn't need to be a daily streamer or even have a schedule to be consistent. All it takes is

For instance, doing Haachama Sunday on, well, on Sundays. Doing a mengen on (let's say) Tuesdays. Committing to a certain slot in the day to do her streams, even if it is 1AM JST.

It allows people to plan themselves around that consistency, even if everything else is guerilla.
Patra is a good example with her monday night ASMR.

3) follow through with the choices of content you make
Very few things sheds an audience as much as "unfinished projects", be it playing a game that has an ending, or variety streams.
If it taking less risk and choosing easier tasks and less ambitious projects, so be it but follow through with them.

I understand Haachama's life is much less "stable" now than when she was living in a literal basement with nothing else to do other than streaming so I don't fault her for her current lack of consistency, lack of drive and lack of follow through.
But it would make her effort turn into results much easier if she at least organizes herself around those simple principles
