Human skin would likely be used mainly in clothing. It can be refined into leather and worn like anything else. Since we live in a tropical monsoon, it will even help us stay water resistant. The skin could also be used as covering for sport items such as basketballs. Human skin flags, human skin canvases, etc.
Human hair could even be woven into things you'd normally need string for. As it is made of keratin, I could see it functioning much like spider silk. If woven densely enough, it would make for good under-armor in some scenarios.
Fingernails could actually be a form of currency, if we so desired to have an economy. Or it could be combined with woven hair to make chainmail-like under armor.
I could go into further details, but I feel like I've said a whole heaping lot already.

TL;DR We've got quite a few ways to use every last part.

I could see it, yeah. Assuming we're still using body parts for the overall design, an Aztec warrior look shouldn't be too difficult. We'll just use the human leather and such differently. Fashion the leather more akin to Aztec designs.
Some Aztec aesthetic already uses skulls, so that's a no brainer (heh).
Gold and such can be easily worn as well, so no issue there. Suitable as an extra layer on top.
Only problem would be getting said gold, as we aren't in an environment rich with it. Assuming other territories have it, we could claim to have collected valuables from numerous raids.
If we wanted to go with a more Viking look, it would be much the same.
Really, as long as we don't make it bloodied or obviously human, we could fashion the leather and such however we like to fit whatever aesthetic.
Ditching human parts entirely for design would be a bit troublesome though, as we would need to find a new use for the parts and would require a way for us to obtain the materials needed for different armor and such. I'm not really aware of what other resources we have in the biome we're in.

Keeping it simple, how much of our gear (armor, weapons, etc.) should be made from the human body? Should we keep it bloody and barbaric or tidy and cleaner? Should how much we use vary depending on how high in society you are? And if so, more or less for higher or lower?
My personal two cents, I would say lower society should use a lot of human parts in very brutal, simple ways. Higher society still uses a lot of human parts, but in a much more elegant and refined fashion.
