Based on various streams, comments, etc I get the impression Yagoo, while the CEO, is largely business focused. He doesn't directly interview talent anymore like he did in the early days (that might explain a few things really). There's clearly an entire creative production/management team that operates indirectly to a large degree. The answer is simple: Those ones likely don't get paid any sort of salary, so the only real 'cost' is the initial setup (L2D with rigging) and since they employ in-house riggers and the base rigging is kinda cheap, the cost is relatively low. If they ARE getting paid a salary though, clearly those 100ish viewers are enough to cover it otherwise they wouldn't accept a net negative on their balance sheets (It appears that yes, some of them do get paid a salary but we don't know how much nor do I think it's every Niji liver that gets it, given how some barely even stream at all).

It's really not that underwhelming. Consider it's a 9 min video on a main channel and that there's a lot of potential in making more clip highlights considering you have a years worth to work with. There's some staying power there and the only "hit" that a clip highlight video has had on a holo channel was Botan's debut one that got 1.1m views.
