I think it would be for the best. As you stated she put all her eggs in the GFE basket so there is no way to truly recover, you’d need an entire character overhaul that would take years to get going. Towa’s Numbers were permanently stunted after her (comparatively much more minor) incident and she didn’t lean into GFE anything like Rushia.
Having Rushia graduate would be the best course of action for cover. It would help restore their reputation as an idol company (even if those are comedy idols) and likely help keep other girls more in line.
