I have spoken to numerous southerners over text before, a very good chunk of them never say "Y'all" in text, I suspect because they mentally register themselves as saying "you all" and slur it into "y'all". On the other hand, I have seen too many people on twitter from god forsaken big cities use it. Just the other day I say a guy with the Canadian flag in his name use it. Wondering where he was from (or if he had the age old pronouns in bio), I clicked on his name and found out, Guess where he lived.

I think that this is what Mori is really like. I don’t care what the rest of you think. There is a pattern of behavior with her that suggests she’s manipulative and self centered. As a southerner, I only ever use y’all in speech because I was always told that I should be more proper with writing (same with ain’t), so even when I don’t bother with being formal, that mentality’s still there. I definitely wouldn’t use it on here because I know that’s the first thing people would mention.
