I think some of the things she does or revolves around her can only be experienced live since it crosses multiple platforms. She had a whole Koshien arc even while on hiatus recovering from surgery. She sang God Knows 100 times and her laughter changed into a dolphin's for months afterwards.

Millie is super ambitious, but her problem has always been planning for things going wrong. Her gameshows were fun but the rules kept getting lost. And for stuff like the holloween bit where she wanted to make sure chat didnt talk, she didnt factor chat delay at all, not to mention not talking AT ALL is hard. No horny for 3 minutes maybe, but no chat is an impossible task.
Her hearts in the right place, but she has to factor in for random problems. Even pomu has the whole multiple choice layout so she can plan for multiple splits in her script.

Not only is Pomu La Creatividad, she also has some god tier zatsudans and is slowly becoming a retro endurance streamer (played SotN for 11 hours this weekend). It's Pomu and has always been. She's the top when it comes to variety and the execution of creative streams. She's also the only one here who makes a consistent effort in maintaining an actual continuity by dropping meaningful nods to past events throughout her streams. This is perhaps best seen in her Pomu Goes To Court stream.
Rosemi is 2nd as her creative streams are just not as polished overall as Pomu's. And no, she haven't done more creative stuff than Pomu. You're a delusional rosebud if you think this
Millie is at 3rd simply due to the fact that she haven't done that much creative streams and has a lot less variety compared to the 2 above. She has great potential though since her creative streams involve viewer participation the most out of everyone here (Pomu being close 2nd).

For the truly creative shit they have only done a couple of streams a piece but I dont get how you could say Rosemi has done "far more". And for like stream to stream "creativity" they both do stuff with overlays and tiny skits and things like that. And most of Pomu´s time in niji was also spent as a wagie, she stopped working in december.
Not like any of this really matters they do a few "creative" streams a month, but the bulk of their streams are just normal streams
