And she's not viewbotting. She's currently playing with big streamers and a lot use multistre.am to watch the streams. Besides, the chat isn't really as slow as you've exaggerated it to be.

One reason is most twitch channels instaban people chatting in any language other than the streamer, so twitch viewers are conditioned not to do it. I watch some Japanese channels that have a viewer location tracker, there'll be >50% non-Japanese viewers but 0% non Japanese chatting
