Hololive and Nijisanji are unironically the top talent agencies in Japan right now, I believe. Providing instant fame, success and fortune without having to go to the process of early exposure. If a person wants easy fame in Japan, you'd go to Nijisanji. Hololive provides all 3 along with a global exposure.

I'm not familiar with the VSinger scene in JP but what does it look like right now? Is being an indie VSinger more viable there with JPs utaite culture? Or is it basically just praying to get picked up by a label? Also, out of Hololive, Nijisanji, and Kamitsubaki, who actually would be the preferred destination of a raw but very talented VSinger?
