Iwanaga used to be coo of Nijisanji then left to make an idol company (3D women), who all ended up graduating last year due to no one giving a shit about them. Now he's making his own vspo company with Kirschtorte, an indie who got played with and boosted up by Kuzuha, and mitwun, a vtuber who sometimes does facecam. Both play FPS. I feel like the time to make a gamer focused vtuber group is too late, Shibuya Hal is also trying the same thing with Merise (but with the additional bonus of full musician support for anyone who wants to be a vsinger) not like it will matter though, Mitwun and Kirsctorte are already ingrained in vtuber fps sphere, and Nijisanji for Kirsctorte
