The first novel Symbiosis itself is its own standalone instruction to the universe. The premise is that in 2086, Earth is now jointly shared by another alien race called the Kaskari Ascenders.

It's a post Fall story and follows the perspective of Naoki Hayashi as he is forced to become a Mortan while also staying under the radar and away from hunter groups like the CMC or Reidefell.

Mortans are basically people planted with a Symbiote. This can either be from eating a Mortis fruit, being infected by a Matriarch or by consuming certain special drugs that create the Septis variant.

Each Mortan has varying levels of symbiosis with their host, some are in complete control and others its more 50/50. Finding a balance is difficult. Also Mortans are hard to kill, most form a strong exoskeleton armour and can produce psionic weapons. They also mainly eat brains but will settle for the flesh too.

I'll stop since this would be much longer if I were to be unshackled. So I will instead conclude that Kiara is amazing and I hope her trip goes well, also free Kiwawa image.

If you can just get one "EU visa" then it will be fine. But if you need a different visa for let's say France than you need for Austria I can see them getting blindsided by that.

Actually, I think there might be a legitimate reason to have stronger grievance with more popular Vtubers than smaller ones. If a popular vTuber that others look up to does something irresponsible, unprofessional or immature, then up-and-coming chuubas looking to imitate them will perpetuate their bad behaviors. Influence is a responsibility, and you have to be careful with the message you spend to the other content creators who idolize to you. Having said that, most antis are bad faith and just hate people for being popular and not personally appealing to the anti.
At the very least, Kiara strives to teach younger creators positive lessons both with her advice and by example. When she makes mistakes she tends to learn from them and communicate them. So there's an extra hurdle to them traveling somewhere by themselves and scheduling in meeting Kiara. Especially in current times when world-travel isn't enjoyable. It all depends on how you look at these things honestly, if she genuinely wants to go then bundling up is best precisely because it won't hurt you so much if a couple people say no. Also, it doesn't put as much pressure on the people you visit because they don't have to hang out with you for a week, just a day or whatever they are willing to do.
