One that stuck out to me was her Strive stream where she was doing mission mode stuff as May. She asked chat how to do something and they gave it to her in standard notation. No better way than ideas directly from the people that will be viewing your content. (Except greynames. Fuck em) I know you prefer to do things yourself. But you're not in this alone, even asking genmates for help too. Also, you've asked for feedback before in a member's stream, and I think asking again would be a great help.

Especially agree with these points and I think they are related. Some will get mad if she says she dropped Half-Life because she doesn't like the game for example so instead she chooses to not say anything. And last stream's three content warnings on the screen and another 8 minutes of talking about them seemed really excessive. I get why she does it and she has of course talked about how she doesn't want to cause any trouble especially for others but I think she plays it so safe sometimes it almost feels obnoxious.
This also has the effect that when she does or says anything a bit "out of the line" some people will endlessly hold on to it like the Strive comment which coming from basically any other holo would've been forgotten in five seconds and maybe it would've been too if she didn't highlight it by apologizing.

I kind of regret that I went to sleep right before the thread sped up and ended up missing most of the discussion so now that we are at the bottom of the catalogue and out of bumps I guess I can monologue my ideas without derailing the thread too much.

I also would like Ina to request criticisms from members again since she clearly doesn't come here for it
Instead of trying to work 25 hours a day with both streaming and her priestess duties she could try different ways to mix the two, she has already done zatsudan streams while she works even if her productivity suffered a bit, maybe next she could try another pen scratching ASMR like she did last year but just working on her own stuff this time
Something else she could do would be posting the final versions of her work for members when possible. Her drawings for Journey of a Thousand Years were great as usual but the only way to see them is in that awful song and distorted by shitty After Effects. Other examples could be her art from the umapyioi MV which she at least talked about on that end of the year art review stream.
Speaking of that art review stream, dedicating a stream to talk about the latest work she has released every once in a while would be another way to get some streaming "value" out of her priestess duties while also probably helping her point out her own weaknesses, to herself, not necessarily to chat, so she can see what she could practice next, that way also getting some value for her priestess duties out of her streaming.
Something else related to the lack of time would be in her game choices. >>17587717 suggests having members give her ideas for what games to play but I think her problem is probably the opposite. She has talked several times about having too many things she wants to play/do and that can usually lead someone to being overwhelmed with choice so instead takos could help in the opposite way, every month or so she could make a member only poll with several options for games or stream ideas where we can help her choose what we would like her to do next so she can have an easier time picking what the next arc should be while also making sure that the majority of her audience will be happy with her choice. Anything that doesn't get picked one day can still be in the next poll if she wants so the members who don't get their choice picked can still hope for the next month.
And lastly, maybe giving a warning at the start of every new game saying that she's only gonna try it out and she probably won't finish it could give her a way to try more games like lobocorp/half life without raising expectations too much about her finishing them so she feels less guilty about dropping the game later.

My biggest annoyance with Ina for games is that when she begins something and doesn't immediately continue it, she puts it in the "I'm definitely returning to this!" pile of games to rot and THEN gates new games behind stuff she already sectioned off in there. For instance, Ina doesn't want to begin Bayonetta 2 until she finishes Paper Mario or begin Outer Wilds until she finishes the Splatoon 2 DLC.
It just feels more like she's intentionally locking up stuff in limbo so she can say she plans to, but never has to get around to it.

Well personally I can relate a lot to that, obviously not in the same way but I have been getting tons of different games on sales and such that I start and play for a day or two but then switch to something else and end up forgetting about it, with the big difference of course that I'm not streaming them so I don't really feel that much pressure to come back to them while Ina instead has the expectations of thousands of fans of her and the games that want to see her finish something so I can definitely see how the guilt from that keep her from starting new games until she finishes what she already begun.
It's not an easy problem to solve but I think being more liberal with the games she drops and not feeling like she has to give an explanation every time could be a way to get around it, but idk how much a girl like her would be comfortable doing that.

I don't really have any stream ideas other than what you said, but I definitely agree getting more "value" out of her work would help everyone. with drawing, I feel like drawing is a very high cost low reward kind of thing.
