You're not Indonesian so you do not know that there are some ID only vtubers out here that can survive and growing nicely. Sure they do not earn the same amount of supacha dollars that the Holo ID get, but they're certainly growing and some even getting more numbers than Holo ID.
The best thing about ID is that the market is still going to grow for years to come, while EN is starting to reclining. Have I mentioned that Indonesia is also among the fastest growing emerging markets?

KR might be a growing market, but its one that would need a large amount of investment (having partnerships with big-name Korean entertainment companies or capturing the anime-loving audience) to solidify itself considering the culture behind Korean entertainment. This influx of overseas niki hijacking the algorithm had a global impact that even reached within Japan, leading to Nijisanji falling off dominance domestically (but still being a major powerhouse). Just a year prior Myth's debut, the searches for Vtubers were equally dominated by Holo, Niji and upd8 + Kizuna Ai.
With the algorithm now heavily skewed in favor of Hololive, it's a monumental challenge for NijiEN to try and sway viewers towards them, let alone restore the algorithm back to what it used to be pre-2020. They have some algorithm visibility nowadays thanks to Luxiem, but their main way of getting audiences is still via word of mouth.
There is also the factor of content creators, especially fanartists, chasing whichever franchise is the most popular in order to gain numbers themselves. And these trend-hopping content creators create a cascading bandwagon effect on other creators that persuades them to do the same just because "everyone else is doing it". The shift of vtuber fanworks towards Hololive ensures that potential audiences browsing twitter, pixiv, danbooru or any other art site get exposed to holos more.
Sure, some bottery might be involved, but they most likely come from diehard fans trying to boost their oshi/corpo, or in some Hololive cases chinks inadvertently boosting views while spamming chat, rather than being operations from the corpos themselves.

Since EN came out I hadn't watched her as much but I would still come around sometimes and always had fun when I did. I was really happy when I had seen more people had been coming to see her and NijiKR as a whole. She seemed really happy about the new outfit.
