Considering the Kson situation I can see why she is doing what she is doing. Coco didn't had any leverage so she was fucked over by management, and had to restart from scratch when she went indie. Meanwhile Mori publishing a new album as her roommate and having friendships with VShojo and Trash Taste means she could relaunch herself fairly successfully if she wanted to. And that gives her some leverage so Hololive has to treat her better.
