It's actually rather interesting, Kiara kinda went "in" and "out" of the game immersion at various times, which gives some insight about how she feels herself and her own experiences and aspirations as a streamer. Honestly I'd rather she plays more Paladins. Not (just) because of the Ame connection, but because the gameplay loop is better for someone at her skill level.
Small levels and most importantly little downtime between deaths and action. If you get killed in Paladins and similar games (and she'll die a lot in the beginning), it's no biggie, you just respawn at the base immediatly and you're right back in the action to pew pew pew again, and you can still help your team (so it's not just a pure solo effort).
Apex, or similar large scale looter BR shooters, are much more dreadful. You usually spend the first minutes with little to no action, only scrapping around for loot, and when you finally get to some action, you (she especially) will get killed way too fast and it's usually game over, squad eliminated and you're ejected from the match and have to waste more time requeuing again.

I think the mistake is to split up Myth period, but if you're going to do it, a more modern view of Myth is Mori + Gura, Kiara + Ina, and then Ame in one of those two groups. I'd be inclined to put her with Kiara and Ina, but an argument can be made either way.
But, if they're thinking too much in terms of numbers then maybe they're worried about putting all their eggs in one basket... which is likely the reason they split up myth/id in the first place. So if they're doing that, then they first put the top subs on one day and the top superchat revenue/second highest in the other day.

Sure, I can see that. Kiara is not and never gonna be the streamer you wanna be watching for optimal gameplay or mastery of the game's systems or thourough exploration/completion. That's not her "ethos" as a streamer, her priority will always be on entertaining her audience first. Sometimes that comes at the detriment of gameplay (and can be frustrated if you care more about gameplay than she does), but for most of the audience (and Kiara has been doing this for long enough that people should probably know what to expect by now) it's probably more engaging this way than watching someone maybe play "more optimal" but with less chat interaction.

She COULD probably come back to the game in a follow-up stream, now that she has better understanding of the mechanics, and try to go for a good 1mil ending (or fuck up the girl intentionally to see the other meme endings), but given how she usually doesn't revisit story games and approached this as an intended one-and-done single stream game (and also, given how emotionally spent she sounded at the end, she's probably also not in a hurry to revisit it soon and rather wants to let her thoughts settle for a while), it's probably not likely and we're done with this fotm

I don't even really need a happy end, just not purposefully reaching for shock at every turn. Okay it is a fad meme game about a fad. But often the big shock moments work best when they are under a real game. It is like when you hear about some VN with a crazy off the rails path. Part of what makes that stick out is everything else was normal.

A good way to go about would be a set of basic endings built of 3 or so interchangeable chunks. Say niche, subs and well being. Each gets a paragraph, and an overall score to see if she stays. But then on top of that have crazy bad ends, which have more original content but you have to work or do specific things to get.

Well she approached it from a sincere well-meaning perspective (i.e. not just "haha I'm just playing this fotm meme game for the giggles and uncaringly do all the funny choices as an external observer"), she got really into it actually trying to help the girl be a good streamer and person in general (in the best moments, she was really self-inserting as the girl, for example when she was behaving as Kiara does, like being appreciative of her fans and working hard. Sure, it has pros and cons, but overall I think it could work. Yes, it is "sci-fi", but more of the digestible "space opera" kind than hard sci-fi technobabble, at its core it's "just" a universal adventure story whose narrative substance works even if you strip away all the sci-fi stylings.
It has loveable characters she would really enjoy, and you could probably bait her with the promise of being able to romance cute alien girls.
The actual shooting mechanics are rather beginner friendly, and can be tuned with easy mode and stop-time command systems to be not a prohibitive skill hurdle.
And also, not unimportant, it's probably easy to get permission for and working, as the remaster came out not too long ago and EA is probably still keen on promoting it.
