As for how Mori fares when she finally dips Holo, definetly a much higher dropoff than Kson, because she wouldn't have the special circumstances of the endearing martyr story. The most likely way is that she simply won't renew her contract the next time it comes up, and she thinks she has amassed enough clout to be accepted into her favorite eceleb circles like she always wanted to (oh you sweet summer child...), so there'll be some face-saving "amicable" parting with some bullshit about "creative differences / wanting to try out new endeavors / we wish her well in the future etc.", that's pretty uneventful and doesn't make for an especially sympathetic story.
