The hardest skill to nurture in competetive team game are giving good callouts/order confirmation, and to a degree of importance, team morale. Of course raw aim is something you look out for in an FPS game, but hiring players with god aim on your team won't guarantee you victory. This is proven in Valorant and CSGO tourney when team poach players.

Got back from watching the apex stream for earlier. She talked about how if she doesn't play apex every day she gets rusty.
She was trying to say she was "nervous" in english and was in a slump. She is playing apex off stream, so I think we shouldn't worry too much. That's a good sign. If she has some good games I could see her giving it another try on stream again soon.
