Because it doesn't apply to the entire stream, is worded poorly and arrogantly, and is in certain places asking her to not stream unless she's willing to fake a better mood. Gura has become more open over time, actually does let us know how she's feeling, and often ends up feeling better as a stream goes on, and whiny bullshit like this about how she's not constantly "on" will only cause her to retreat back into her shell.
