I agree that they should've just used her own iconic design but Kanata doesn't really want to distance herself from Coco's legacy either so I don't think she'd be sad about this. That legacy is an important part of who she is and she's confident enough to try and grow past it without shying away from it or discarding it. That's actually something I really respect about Kanata. Her own identity is really important to her but she doesn't allow fear to dictate it.

Fans take after their oshi after all. As far as I know it was initially going to be just kson by herself anyway, so it could have been a booking issue for all we know. Either way it's not something to worry about too much. From what we've heard C has been very supportive to her this week, and cleaning her room is an excellent way to turn a page and start anew.
