Leos is already amusing from the moment his twitter started posting cryptic images and is still entertaining up to this date. Like what the others said Ngo is funny and has great voice acting skills which she abuses a lot for doing joke streams and gameplays, though I think she's better watched through clips.

Most interesting I think would be Yashiro, Mito, Kenmochi, Chima, Hayama, Nui, Leos, Hayato, Mashiro, Reza, Ngo, Riksa, Ange, Layla and Rikiichi, though it also depends on what you find interesting and your level with their main languaje.
As for least interesting, dunno, Hajime is the most obvious, but I personally also find EN's last two waves pretty uninteresting (though I haven't bothered with the last one) same with Air and some of the girls.
