Super simple but pretty taste are buckeyes all you need is
1½ cups peanut butter
1 cup of softened butter
½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 bag of powder sugar
4 cups of semisweet chocolate chips or half a bar of almond bark
Tooth picks for easy dipping.
Mix the peanut butter, butter and extract together in a large bowl.
Slowly add in the powder sugar around 1 cup at a time while mixing till it reaches a consistency similar to a playdough (you will not need the full bag of powder sugar but because of the oil content of peanutbutter being sort of random the amount you'll need is never really super specific)
Roll the peanutbutter mixture into half dollar sized balls then refrigerate till stiff and firm.
Now using either a double boiler or your microwave melt the chips/bark till liquidy
Using the toothpicks dip each ball into the chocolate before removing and setting aside on a parchment paper lined baking tray.
Let the chocolate harden and cool before enjoying.
